Lapland gets Sweden's third largest wind farm
ONE Nordic and its subsidary Lapplands Elnät has been assigned by OX2 to be part of building the wind farm in Lehtirova between Gällivare and Pajala - the third largest wind farm in Sweden.
Lapplands Elnät AB with headquarters in Jokkmokk has got the confidence by OX2 to deliver the entire internal power distribution grid including a transformer station. Lappland Elnät´s parent company ONE Nordic will deliver the transformer station; the project is a turnkey contract involving design, construction, equipment, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation as well as all land and construction work.
The wind farm is divided into three areas that will be located in the area between the villages Ullatti and Kompelusvaara.

The planned wind farm Lehtirova is located on the border between Gällivare and Pajala in Norrbotten County. The farm includes a maximum of 41 wind turbines with a total height of maximum 184 meters.
